About TheFoodLab

TheFoodLab has been running for over a year now, and you can read many excellent reviews of events on the website, or the AirBnB Manchester Experiences site. There are two cookery course on offer presently titled 'Seven course taster menu' and 'Serious BBQ'. The taster /demo courses are 'Cocktails and Canapés', 'Sunday Brunch' and 'Chef's Table' which is a five course taster menu with matched wines. TheFoodLab also offers three event catering options which are 'Private Chef' delivering a fine dining menu for up to 12 people as well as 'Gourmet Buffet' and 'Deeps South BBQ', both of which can cater your event for up to 60 people. The feedback over the first year has been overwhelmingly positive, which I believe reflects my use of only the very best ingredients, in combination with my love and passion for all things food and drink!
