Truelibido is a website for men who are interested in overcoming ED with normal means. It was made by Johnathan (that is me) who started fighting with ED at 26 years of age. To me it had no meaning that I should have to deal with this issue. I was living a normal life and at was at good helth (or so I thought). It was just extremely bizarre that I should stuggle with ED. So I started searching for a solution to my ED. The awful news is that it took me over 10 years. The great news is that I found a solution in the end. The answer for why it took such a long time to get to the bottom, is that I had no clue about what I was doing, I had nobody to guide me, and I just had a go at anything that seemed to be a decent beginning. I should also mention that I stopped looking for a solution for two or three years as I begun taking drugs to 'get it up'. But the key question is: What was the solution? The solution was as in fact very simply, and at times I'm somewhat annoyed at myself for not seeing it sooner. The solution was to restore my health. It was to get my body back in healthy balance. Because when my body was back in balance, I was able to overcome erectile dysfunction naturally and permanently. But how did I restore my health? I found that there are some basic standards: Having a sound diet Exercising enough Sleeping 7 hours a night Stress management Getting adequate sun Being in mental balance Doing Kegel exercises Taking improvements Furthermore, the key isn't simply to do them once and it's as simple as that. The key is to follow these standards and stay with them. By doing this, I have learned, one can keep a body in ideal condition. Go ahead and try it out yourself if you want.
