Here at Universal Martial Arts excellence is a standard - our classes are a lot more than just kicking and punching. We use child psychology within our teaching to help children excel in Martial Arts and in confidence. Teaching and correcting by positively highlighting the standard you want inspires the children, making them want to do better. This also gives the children the feeling of achievement which builds confidence and confident children achieve more. This helps them not just in school but in life, fitness and health.
