WeWork Film House (142 Wardour Street) is being beautifully restored to offer over 93,000 sq ft of WeWork flexible office space in the heart of Soho. The building is part of the Soho Conservation Area, which consists of notable architectural and historical buildings. Wardour Street was once known as Film Row and has deep cinematic ties, dating back to the 1920s. Opening in 2023, this Grade A building will offer eight floors of flexible space. The lower ground and ground floors offer shared amenities which will make it the community centre of the building. Easily connected through a staircase, these floors will offer a mix of working, collaboration and social areas, designed for all to use. Meanwhile the remaining floors offer private offices with full floors available up to 16,000 sq ft. All have been carefully designed leveraging our insights and workplace best practices. Located in the buzz of the West End, the neighbourhood’s iconic creative scene Offers numerous bars, comedy clubs, and a leading selection of theatres. Commuting is simple with Oxford Circus and Tottenham Court Road Stations both within walking distance. Opening in May 2022 the central London section of the Elizabeth Line will run every five minutes during peak times.
