The West Country is well known for its Cider, Ooh Arr Farmer types, and the Wurzels. West Country Games embraces all these stereotypes in the form of a range of totally unique games which has quickly become one of the most popular activities for stag and hen groups visiting Bristol & Bath. The day features 9 different games using large inflatables, catapults and fat suits. Each group attending is allocated their own Activity Host, who will guide you around the games and keep the energy levels high. You are kept in your own group making this the perfect ice breaker for any group wanting to get to know one another. All ages and abilities are catered for, and very often it will be the Mother of the Bride coming away with the biggest smile on her face! The day out includes all the games, individual group photos, also a prize for the winner. There is also a prize for the Best Dressed Group - fancy dress often adds to the fun of the day to get you in the proper West Country spirit! West Country Games run their outdoor events on Saturdays from March to October on a working farm in the Somerset village of Flax Bourton, less than 10 minutes from the centre of Bristol City centre. From November to February, they switch to their indoor barn themed venue, handily situated close to the M4 and M5 in North West Bristol. The cost is £42.50 per person and they are often running special offers and deals.
