About brionybc counselling

I work with individuals, couples, children and adolscents. I can offer you a safe and confidential space whilst you explore solutions that are right for you in your particular situation. Clients come to see me with various difficulties in their lives. Areas i have worked with include depression, loss, anxiety, bereavement, sexual abuse, trauma, low self esteem and couples who are experiencing difficulties in their relationship. I believe that counselling can help you recognise and use the strengths and skills you've gained over your life but you might not be fully aware of them at this time. My role as a therapist is to listen and collaborate with you in finding what will help support you. Commitment and regular attendance is required for counselling to progress and the outcome to be achieved. As the therapy progresses, clients will become more open and accepting of their own feelings and life experiences.
