About kneadamassage

Working out of Brentwood, Wanstead and surrounding areas, I offer a range of relaxing massages including holistic massage and pregnancy massage as well as a comprehensive sports massage and deep tissue massage services. This includes myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, dry needling and Kinesio taping. I also offer a compassionate and specialised oncology massage to help people manage their experience with Cancer. With over 15 years of experience, I have now added Pilates mat-work to my repertoire, as a way of increasing core strength, improving postural alignment and improving flexibility to my clients as a complement to my services in alieviating pain and prevention of injury. From a mental perspective, Pilates and massage will help strengthen the connection between your mind and body for a feeling of general wellbeing.
