With nearly 15 years experience in the field of specialist neurological rehabilitation, our advice, support and tailored treatment programmes will help you to achieve your potential. We run a land-based clinic at Newquay Hydrotherapy Centre, 1:1 hydrotherapy sessions in the pool, and community visits in any location that best suits your needs including home, gym, or workplace throughout Cornwall. We use the latest evidence to provide effective treatments to help you regain balance, optimise your arm and hand strength, reduce pain and spasms, improve fitness, speed up your recovery and move forwards with confidence. We are passionate in helping you regain and maintain independence, teaching you the ways in which you can help yourself, as well as providing hands-on specialist techniques.
